Brave Bloom ("we", "us") is a small, independently made app for building confidence in social moments. This page explains, plainly, what data the app collects and how it's used. There is less here than in most privacy policies, because the app collects less.
Everything you record in Brave Bloom (your goals, check-ins, anxiety ratings, and reflections) is stored locally on your device only. We do not upload, sync, or have any access to this content. If you use the "Reset all data" option in Settings, or delete the app, this data is gone for good.
To manage a Brave Bloom+ subscription, the app creates an anonymous account identifier (via Firebase Authentication) the first time you open it. This identifier carries no personal information (no name, email, or contact details) and exists only so your subscription status can be recognized by the app.
If you subscribe to Brave Bloom+, your purchase and subscription status is processed by Apple's App Store and by RevenueCat, the subscription management service we use, linked to the anonymous identifier above. We never see your payment details (card numbers, billing address, etc.). Those are handled entirely by Apple.
Because your check-in data stays on your device, you're already in control of it: use "Reset all data" in Settings to erase it at any time, or uninstall the app. To request deletion of the anonymous identifier and any associated subscription records held by Firebase or RevenueCat, contact us at bravebloom123@gmail.com.
Brave Bloom is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your region), and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
If this policy changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
